ALL participants in Certified Auctions have had their identity authenticated by UCA. The Public becomes "certified" through either a submission of a credit card for verification only, or a code that can be requested from the owner or UCA. These auctions are to be considered binding and should be bid upon accordingly. When the Auction ends the Owner is emailed the results of the auction complete with the full contact information of all the bidders. The Winner is sent an email with the complete contact information of the Owner. There is a 72 hour window from auction close where complaints of non-compliance [see Terms] will be reviewed by the auctioneer - Details are on the notification email at close. |
