Pledge of Integrity
All auctions are administered through program code developed by The UsedCarAUCTION Company for the sole use of its members.
Winner selection is totally automated in a manner that comply with the rules of the site.
There is a 72 hour window for a winner or owner to complain to the UCA about a non-compliance in either product representation or in deal completion.
UCA will act as a third-party mediator their decision is final. The maximum judgment is a $100 fine payable to the injured party and/or membership revocation.
Every declared auction winner and owner will receive a follow-up Satisfaction Survey from which a score will be determined for future reference regarding members.
PLEASE REPORT ANY SUSPECTED IRREGULARITY IMMEDIATELY.
