UCA does not share public user information without direct
instruction by that user. UCA collects no credit information in its
database. Information entered into an affiliate site is made available to
the Affiliate Member associated with that site.
Public Access & Trade-in Auction Listing
Only a unique email address for which there is no existing
membership along with contact information is required for the public to
utilize site for Test Drive Requests and for .
Public Certification
Public Bidders must be "certified" through either through a
one-time no cost submission of a credit card or of a code word
supplied by the dealer owner of the vehicle. "Certified Public Auctions"
listings made by a public member require a small posted fee that may be
paid by credit card or UCA issued code word.
Suspension & Cancellation
Membership can be suspended or terminated at any time by The
UsedCarAUCTION Company without any notice or compensation. Members are required to abide by the house rules
and penalties >>>>

Notifications
Members will receive immediate notifications at the time of
Registration,
Listing, Bidding and Close of auction listings. if appropriate
Winner & Owner notice will get each others full contact information.
Bidders in a withdrawn auction are notified. Beyond these single
notifications it is expected that the member refer to their report section
from their Member Home Page.
Contest, Rewards & Rebates
Collusive activity will void offers. Rebates require the vehicle be priced
within NADA brackets.
Catalogs
UCA has the option to limit catalog production to markets with a
minimum of 40 subscribing affiliate members and 8000 active vehicle
auctions.
Professional Membership
All dealer and affiliate dealer membership are granted immediate access
contingent on a UCA investigation of licensing and existence of a retail
facility with the means for financing and titling (not required of
Wholesaler Membership). Member display in new vehicle auctions is at the
discretion of UCA unless an additional agreement is made to amend these
terms. Affiliate Members utilizing an Affiliated Site have full access
to contact information of all registered visitors to their site other
then the bid amount. Dealer Service Fees must be either disclosed or included
within the Reserve. Prices are gross before tax. Dealers are expected to
adhere to the rules of the house to the highest degree.

for any images or descriptions displayed on this site; nor for condition of
vehicles, or for the transactions that may or may not result through this
website. UCA is not responsible for missed email notifications.
