is a tool for an owner and prospective buyers to negotiate the price of a vehicles
sale. UCA will notify the OWNER and WINNER of an auctions results
with contact information. The actual transaction does not occur here online - once the
price has been settled our job is done. Easy and free to use. |

Rules |
The rules of the auction are amended by rules made by the owner.
They can require that bidders take test-drives, or make contact
prior to their bid being accepted. As long as they are legal. |

Format |
Live Outcry - The reserve price is the starting bid
and each subsequent must be greater until auction
close. Sealed Bid -Bids remain hidden from other bidders
until the auction closes. Highest over reserve wins.
Payment Reserves -Bids remain hidden |

Privacy |
The owner can display their contact information, display only
email or phone, or keep it
hidden to all but the winner. |

Verification |
All bidders have their telephone contact verified to assure the owner that
the winner can be contacted. The owner of a vehicle can give a
CODEWORD to bidders to bypass the telephone verification
process. |

Escrow |
Owners can require bidders
to deposit to an escrow account. |

Control |
Close it early, withdraw it entirely or lower the
reserve. Bidders also have the option to withdraw their bids.
Add a video commercial with every vehicle. |

Catalog |
Every listing is promoted in the catalog for that market. These
catalogs will attract those prospective buyers who will make
bids on your vehicle. |
